We always tell you what the call out fee will be up front before we send our engineer to your property and keep you informed throughout regarding any additional costs involved, so you will never face an unexpected bill.

Emergency call out charges are as follows:

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm £60
Outside of the above times £80
Bank Holidays £100

Our fees include 1 hour of labour and exclude any parts required. Additional hours beyond the first inclusive hour will be chargeable (additional hourly charge – £30 Mon-Friday, £40 outside of normal business time and Bank Holidays).
